E-mail Information and News
Parents may sign up for e-mail updates to receive periodic special announcements. E-mail messages can also be read online at your convienence. Western provides parents with information regarding, Moms' Weekend, Dads' Weekend, Family Weekend, Move-in, Advising, Academic support and much more.
If you'd like to sign up for these email notificiations, send an e-mail to pfa@wiu.edu and ask to be added to the list. Please provide your student's WIU ID (not their Social Security Number - never send a Social Security Number via email). It will take anywhere from a day to a week before you see a message, depending on how soon one is sent out after you've been added to the list.
